Saham mulai cerah
Hari ini akhir dari tengelamnya IHSG yang sempat terpuruk 6 hari berturut-turut. Saham-saham bergerak naik seiring sentiment positif indeks global yang mengalami kenaikan diantaranya indeks saham AS dan Eropa mengalami kenaikan seiring dengan dikucurkannya dana bailout kepada perbankan AS yakni Citigroup sebesar US$20 miliar.
sedangkan indeks asia juga mengalami kenaikan Tokyo Nikkei +5,2%, Sydney S&P +5,8% dan Seoul Topix +1,4%. Sedangkan indeks IHSG hari ini ditutup menguat 12,74 (+1,11%) ke posisi Rp 1,154.141. penguatan indeks global ini karena kebijakan-kebijakan yang diambil oleh Presiden terpilih Obama yang dapat menimbulkan kepercayaan pasar dan naiknya harga saham Citigroup..
Beberapa sector yang mempengaruhi penguatan IHSG yakni hampir semua sector mengalami kenaikan, kenaikan terbesar ada pada sector Mining yang menguat 5,42%. Sementara itu satu-satunya sector yang mengalami penurunan yakni sector Infrastruktur turun 1,41%.
Menurut kementrian BUMN menyarankan perusahaan-perusahaan yang berplat merah untuk meningkatkan belanjanya pada 2009 melalui pembangunan proyek-proyek infrastruktur seiring turunya harga komoditas yang terimbas pada biaya proyek yang juga turun.
