Perubahan Besaran Persentase Auto Rejection Harga

sesuai surat yang beredar dari BEI PR No: 027/BEI.SPR/10-2008 tanggal 12 Oktober 2008 tentang Pembatasan Harga auto rejection Terhadap Harga Penawaran Tertinggi Atau Terendah, maka dengan mempertimbangkan perkembangan pasar dan memperhatikan masukan dari berbagai pihak yang berkompeten dalam rangka pelaksanaan perdagangan Efek yang teratur, wajar dan efisien, Bursa memandang perlu untuk melakukan perubahan secara bertahap terhadap ketentuan Auto Rejection yang semula lebih dari 10% (sepuluh perseratus) di atas atau dibawah Acuan Harga diubah menjadi lebih dari 20% (dua puluh perseratus) di atas Acuan Harga atau lebih dari 10% (sepuluh perseratus) di bawah Acuan Harga. Ketentuan perubahan ini berlaku mulai tanggal 31 Oktober 2008.
