Kenaikan Harga Minyak tidak Mampu Angkat Indeks
Ketidakpastian arah ekonomi global kembali merontokkan kepercayaan investor. Indeks di sesi satu ditutup melemah 1,61% di level 1.322,634 dengan trading value yang sangat rendah sebesar Rp547 miliar memecah rekor trading value terendah sejak Desember 2005. Merosotnya indeks Dow Jones dibawah level 8.000 (-4,0%) diikuti penurunan bursa asia, Hang Seng (-1,8%), Straits Time (-1,48%), Nikkei (-1,1%) ikut menghantui kepercayaan investor terkait kekhawatiran Bail Out yang berkepanjangan setelah bank-bank besar di Eropa dan Amerika mengalami kerugian yang hampir setara dengan cadangan devisa Indonesia di US$51 miliar.
PGAS (Perusahaan Gas Negara) Rp1.900 (-7,3%), investor kembali melakukan aksi jual saham setelah kemarin harga minyak jatuh di bawah level US$35/barel. Meskipun harga minyak kembali naik ke posisi US$41,2/brl setelah trader menutup
posisi short bahwa harga minyak akan jatuh lebih dalam.
BUMI (Bumi Resources) kembali jatuh di level Rp500 (-1,96%) setelah Bapepam memastikan akan memeriksa BUMI terkait kecurigaan bahwa perseroan sebagai pemegang saham pengendali DEWA dan dua emiten lainnya diindikasikan
berbenturan kepentingan, transaksi material, dan pengalihan pengendali.
UNTR (United Tractors) Rp4.650 (-3,12), saham anak perusahaan Astra ini kembali terkoreksi setelah laporan penjualan FY08 menyebutkan Penjualan alat beratnya, Komatsu pada Des08 mengalami penurunan sebanyak 30% MoM menjadi 141 unit. Namun secara YTD penjualan mencapai sebanyak 4.345 unit atau naik 26% YoY, yang dikontribusi sektor pertambangan sebanyak 2346 unit (+78%) dan sisanya agribisnis (-11%).(eTrading)
