Berita terkait BUMI, berita investor daily tadi siang, pekan ini dipastikan konsorsium Northstar Pacific rampung, dengan rencana transaksi 35% saham BUMI senilai USD 1.3 milliar. Selain Northstar, ada beberapa investor yang tadinya berminat membeli BUMI yang ikut bergabung didalamnya, antara lain PTBA. Menurut sumber, Northstar tidak mungkin menyiapakan dana yang besar itu tanpa merangkul investor lain. Mengingat hutang BNBR sudah memasuki masa jatuh tempo, hasil penjualan anak perusahaan nya itu akan digunakan untuk membayar hutang tersebut.
Dengan masa suspensi hingga 28 November, bisa dipastikan ini menjadi momentum bagi para pemegang portfolio BUMI untuk siap sedia di hari pembukaan. Apa yang akan terjadi? Semoga auto rejection atas 30% bisa menolong harga BUMI…
