BUMI memang Top
Saham BUMI hari ini merupakan saham pendongkrak IHSG yang mengalami kenaikan 39,01(+3,38%) keposisi Rp 1,193.151. saham BUMI merupakan satu-satunya saham yang mengalami Auto Rejection atas, pada akhir penutupan sesi I, saham ini sudah kena Auto Rejection atas sehingga terjadi anteri pada level beli(bid), saham ini ditutup menguat 140(+20%) ke posisi Rp 1,020. sekaligus menjadi top frekuensi dan top volume masing-masing 11,039 kali dan 1,236,393lot saham dengan total nilai transaksi 618,3 miliar. Semua sector mengalami kenaikan, kenaikan terbesar terjadi pada sector minning yang naik 7,36%.
Angka value saham BUMI ini sangat besar karena total nilai transaksi IHSG sebesar Rp 2,2 triliun yang naik dari nilai transaksi kemarin hanya sebesar Rp 1,8 triliun. Penguatan saham BUMI ini tidak lepas dari perusahaan yang mau mengakuisisi perusahaan PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) yakni investor asing yaitu T. Rowe dan George Soros karena BUMI memiliki harga yang dianggap sudah sangat murah.
George Soros merupakan investor besar dan menjadi triliuner yang memiliki perusahaan Citadel Investment Group. Sampai-sampai perusahaan besar lainnya seperti Notrhstar mundur dari daftar perusahaan yang mau mengakuisisi saham BUMI dan juga PTBA kemungkinan akan membatalkan ikut bergabung Northstar untuk mengakuisisi saham BUMI.
Sedangkan perusahaan Amerika yang memiliki asset lebih dari US$340 miliar yaitu T. Rowe Price Group Inc. mencoba untuk mengakuisisi saham BUMI hingga harga sahamnya naik 19,72%(bisnis). Hal ini pula yang menjadikan saham BUMI dalam dua hari mengalami penguatan yang signifikan hingga menyentuh Auto Rejection atas dan menjadi top value selama dua hari.
