BUMI Buyback
Penurunan saham BUMI pada pembukaan suspensi 7 Nov 2008 sampai tanggal 13 Nov 2008 yang mengalami penurunan dan terkena Auto Rejection bawah secara terus menerus, pada hari ini saham BUMI mulai menunjukkan sentiment positif yang mengakibatkan saham BUMI terkoreksi terjadi peningkatan frekuensi dan volume transaksi, meskipun pada sesi pertama saham ini ditutup stagnan. Mungkin hal ini disebabkan saham BUMI akan melakukan buyback sebanyak 3,3 miliar saham (17%) senilai Rp 8,25 triliun atau Rp 2.500/saham selama tiga bulan. Dalam kondisi seperti ini berakibat menurunkan laba bersih sebesar US$ 132,2 juta dalam tiga tahun kedepan, toal asset dan ekuitas tergerus masing-masing sebesar US$ 224,67 juta dan US$ 824,67 juta.(investordaily). Pada sesi yang lain Bapepam-LK tidak mempersoalkan aksi korporasinya BUMI untuk buyback saham, Bapepam-LK malah mendukungnya selama korporasi ini dapat membantu pasar, kita tahu bahwa saham BUMI adalah saham “sejuta umat”. Namun hingga saat ini Bapepam-LK belum memperoleh rencana detail tentang aksi korporasi tersebut. Sedangkan Wakil Presiden mengemukakan bahwa pemerintah tidak ada masalah jika pemerintah membantu Group Bakrie yang sedang mengalamikesulitan dan mempunyai banyak hutang yang belum diselesaikan. Wakil Presiden juga menilai sesuatu yang biasa-biasa saja seperti kasus yang lalu menimpah ASII atau bank-bank bermasalah lainnya yang tengah kesulitan dimana pemerintah membantunya dan menyayangkan sikap curiga dan apriopi public terhadap pertemuan pemerintah dan pengusaha.

This is getting a bit more subjective, but I much prefer the Zune Marketplace. The interface is colorful, has more flair, and some cool features like ‘Mixview’ that let you quickly see related albums, songs, or other users related to what you’re listening to. Clicking on one of those will center on that item, and another set of “neighbors” will come into view, allowing you to navigate around exploring by similar artists, songs, or users. Speaking of users, the Zune “Social” is also great fun, letting you find others with shared tastes and becoming friends with them. You then can listen to a playlist created based on an amalgamation of what all your friends are listening to, which is also enjoyable. Those concerned with privacy will be relieved to know you can prevent the public from seeing your personal listening habits if you so choose.
