BNBR jual BUMI ke PTBA?
Dari media Bisnis memberitakan bahwa Akhirnya BNBR menjual 35,25% atau 6,84 miliar sahan BUMI senilai US$ 1 miliar atau Rp 10,7 triliun (Rp 1.564/saham) ke sejumlah pembeli yang tergabung dalam sebuah perusahaan yang dibentuk dengan tujuan khusus. BNBR meminta perpanjangan saham BUMI hingga satu bulan lagi. Laporan diberikan ke BEI hari ini. Salasa lalu (18/10), PTBA resmi mengajukan akan mengakuisisi BUMI kepada BNBR dengan mengandeng TINS dan perusahaan swasta lainnya (kontan) tapi harga tersebut jauh dari harga yang ada dipasar yaitu sebasar Rp 2.175 hal ini akan mengakibatkan para pelaku pasar (investor) akan menjual saham BUMI pada pembukaan suspensi nanti. Hal tersebut mungkin akan mengakibatkan penurunan nilai indeks. Apalagi BNBR akan mengajukan perpanjangan suspensi BUMI ini akan mengakibatkan kepanikan dan rasa penasaran para pelaku pasar (investor)

Good luck acquiring individuals behind this one. Although you make some Quite fascinating points, youre going to need to do more than bring up several issues that might be different than what weve already heard. What are trying to say here?
