BNBR Gadai Saham

BNBR mengadaikan saham empat anak usahanya, diantaranya BUMI sebanyak 5.126.427.858 (26,42%), ENGR sebanyak 4.760.330.000 (20,97%), ELTY sebanyak 3.796.540.000 (19,06%), dan UNSP sebanyak 394.963.598 (10,42%) Kepada 10 instansi keuangan yakni :

  1. Odickson Finance (US$ 1.086 juta dan telah dibayar US$ 70 juta dengan jaminan3,739 miliar saham BUMI, 4,760 miliar saham ENRG, dan 3,796 miliar saham ELTY yang berjatuh tempo april 09.
  2. PT Recapital Securities (Rp 198 miliar dengan jaminan 116,6 juta saham UNSP dan 45,9 juta saham BUMI yang jatuh tempo Okt08-Sep09)
  3. JP Morgan (US$ 150 juta dan sudah dibayar US$ 78 juta dengan jaminan 581,4 juta saham BUMI yang berjatuh tempo Juli10)
  4. ICICI (US$ 150 juta dan sudah dibayar US$ 45,5 juta dengan jaminkan 697,3 juta saham BUMI yang berjatuh tempo Juli10)
  5. PT Sucorinvest Gani (Rp 15 miliar dan telah lunas dengan jaminkan 3,529 juta saham BUMI yang berjatu tempo Okt08)
  6. PT PNM Investment Management (Rp 231,8 miliar dengan jaminkan 59,122 juta saham BUMI berjatuh tempo Jan-Feb08)
  7. PT Aldira (Rp 10 miliar dengan jaminkan 11,450 juta saham UNSP berjatuh tempo Nov08)
  8. PT Sarijaya Securities (Rp 35 miliar dengan jaminkan 86,3 juta saham UNSP berjatuh tempo Des08)
  9. PT Mandiri Sekuritas (Rp 50 miliar dengan jaminkan 97,402 juta saham UNSP berjatu tempo Des08)
  10. PT Dinat Sekuritas (Rp 30 miliar dengan jaminkan 83,143 juta saham UNSP berjatuh tempo Des08)
