BEI Hentikan Transaksi Antaboga dan Signature

Jakarta - Otoritas Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) menghentikan sementara atau suspensi terhadap dua perusahaan sekuritas yang tercatat sebagai anggota bursa (AB). Keduanya adalah PT Antaboga Deltasekuritas Indonesia (SY) dan PT Signature Capital Indonesia (FA).

Kedua AB tersebut sudah tidak bisa melakukan transaksi dagang sejak sesi I perdagangan 4 Desember 2008. BEI melakukan suspensi hingga pengumuman lebih lanjut. Demikian penjelasan Direktur Keanggotan dan Partisipan BEI, Guntur Pasaribu seperti detikFinance kutip, Jumat (5/12/2008) dari keterbukaan informasi BEI.

Suspensi terhadap PT Signature Capital Indonesia yang dulunya bernama Kuo Capital karena perusahaan telah menyampaikan laporan Modal Kerja Bersih Disesuaikan (MKBD) secara tidak benar. Dalam data terakhir di BEI, MKBD PT Signature Capital Indonesia sebesar Rp 25,736 miliar.

Sedangkan suspensi terhadap Antaboga karena alasan adanya ketidaktertiban administrasi perusahaan. Antaboga memiliki MKBD terakhir Rp 32,057 miliar.

BEI juga masih melakukan suspensi terhadap AB dari PT Eurocapital Pergerine Securities (SD) sejak beberapa bulan lalu karena kisruh diantara komisaris dan direksi. Eurocapital memiliki MKBD terakhir Rp 25,761 miliar.(detikfinace.com)

    I feel youve created some truly interesting points. Not too several folks would really believe about this the way you just did. Im really impressed that theres so much about this subject thats been uncovered and you did it so properly, with so much class. Excellent 1 you, man! Truly excellent stuff here.

    First off I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I’d like to ask if you don’t mind. I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to be lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or hints? Kudos!

    I’ve said that least 3979715 times. The problem this like that is they are just too compilcated for the average bird, if you know what I mean
